The Meta-Oxy Testing Kit measures the amount of inflammation and cell membrane damage in the body by measuring the amount of malondialdehyde in a urine sample.
Directions:
Hold the cup under the urine stream
Use a pipette to extract a small amount of urine
Fill a small vial with the urine
The results of the test are indicated by the color of the urine:
Dark red: Indicates oxidative damage to cells
Optimal: Between 0-2 or the first two bars/faint pink color
Scores of bars 3-7: Indicates oxidative damage to cell membranes
The Meta-Oxy test is estimated to be 50 times more accurate than a blood test
